At GlowHome, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in and include all original parts and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at kalebredae@gmail.com your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your GlowHome product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at kalebredae@gmail.com

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so our team can review your request. If approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at kalebredae@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has already been processed or shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been damaged through misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a return or refund.

Exchanges
